Refund & Cancellation Policy

Sadhbhavana Parivar Foundation has instituted a refund policy to ensure fair and transparent processing of requests as digital payments are becoming more frequent. Sadhbhavana Parivar Foundation expects that all contributors will exercise due care and diligence while making payments. Sadhbhavana Parivar Foundation also recognizes that a payment may be made erroneously or contributors may change their mind. Sadhbhavana Parivar Foundation will examine requests for refunds and endeavor to process them. The organization may also seek a proper explanation and reason from the user. Additionally, it may require further verification of the user along with supporting documents as proof of the transaction.

Sadhbhavana Parivar Foundation is not obliged to make refunds and may, at its discretion, decline any request, particularly if a tax exemption certificate has been issued.

Your refund request must contain details such as Date of Payment, Amount, Mode of Payment (i.e., Credit Card or Online Payment) and should reach the Sadhbhavana Parivar Foundation office within 5-7 working days from the date on which you made the payment, i.e.:

• The date on which you made the payment online, electronically, or through other means, OR
• The date on which you handed over the cheque/demand draft to Sadhbhavana Parivar Foundation or someone authorized by the foundation for this purpose, OR
• The date on which you dispatched the cheque/demand draft to Sadhbhavana Parivar Foundation by other means

If any refund is process it will be credited in bank account within 5-7 working days
